HOA Violations

The following are a list of HOA Violations from the 1/11/08 area inspection by the Property Management company. This list is provided so residents can view what things are being reviewed during the inspection.

    -  Do not store bicycles at the house entry

    -  Vehicle parked on common area grass again

    -  Clean/Paint mailbox, remove cord hanging

    -  Remove cooler from driveway

    -  Remove trailer stored in drive

    -  Vehicle may not be parked in grass

    -  Submit ARC application for pavers

    -  Do not park on common area
