ARC
Has full authority to regulate the use and appearance of the exterior
of all improvements including structures and landscaping, on the
properties: (i) assure harmony of external design and location in
relation to surrounding buildings and topography; and (ii) to protect
and conserve the value and desirability of properties as a residential
community.
